As a prospective tenant, you want to know what kind of services you can expect when you lease from LRS Realty & Management. We pride ourselves on the level of service that we provide to our tenants, and consistently strive to make things easier for you.

Application Process

We need the following in order to process your application:

  • An application signed and completed by applicants 18 years of age and above
  • $42 application fee for each applicant over 18 years of age and above
  • Holding deposit is $500 and can be in the form of a cashier’s check or money order
  • Our application process may take 24-48 hours. If your application is denied, you will receive your deposit back, however if you are approved and you fail to enter into a lease agreement, you could forfeit your deposit
  • Application can be emailed to the leasing agent or completed online once you select the property you wish to apply for under the Available Rental tab

Maintenance Request

All maintenance requests must be submitted using our maintenance request form. Our service providers will contact you within 24 hours to schedule an appointment.

Rent Payments

All rent payments need to arrive by the due date on your lease agreement to avoid incurring possible fees. Please refer to your lease agreement for details. Rent payments may be processed either by mail, online at our secure payment portal, or brought into one of our office locations during posted business hours and accordance to the terms of your lease.
